How our pricing works
Every home and every job is different, so we quote each one case by case. Call us and we will give you a free estimate over the phone. Then your technician confirms the final quote in person, before any work starts, once we can see exactly what we are working with. That is the only way to quote it accurately and fairly.
We clean carpet, with Basic, Bronze, Silver and Gold options plus Pet and Odor treatment and Scotchgard protection; tile and grout, with cleaning, sealing and color seal; and upholstery, by the seat. We will walk you through the right options for your home when we talk.

How do you price a job?
Every job is quoted case by case. We give you a free estimate over the phone, then your technician confirms the final quote in person, before any work starts, once we can see exactly what we are working with. We have to actually see the carpet, tile or upholstery to quote it accurately, so there are no surprises.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, a $129 minimum. There is no travel fee inside our service area.
Do you offer discounts?

Do you offer financing?

How often should carpet and tile be cleaned?
Carpet manufacturers recommend a professional carpet cleaning about every 6 months. For tile, we recommend a professional grout cleaning about every 2 years.
How long until my carpet is dry?
Typically 4 to 6 hours with our truck-mounted systems.
